How to access the fund

If you’re a member of the fund and think we can help, please pick up the phone today and call or email us. We promise you’ll be treated with kindness and compassion, and in complete confidence.

For confidential support and help, call our team on:
01392 367 566

If you’re worried that your circumstances fall outside of our remit, call us anyway. If for any reason we can’t give you support directly, we may be able to help with signposting to other organisations.

In emergencies we can issue grants within 24-48hrs after receiving your application.

We are here to help all our members and their immediate family during times of crisis, including but not limited to:

Bereavement
Injury & illness
PTSD & trauma
Mental health
Financial hardship
Relationship breakdown

Our welfare, educational, and financial grants make a real difference during times of hardship. We continue to support our members who maintain their membership into retirement, including medical retirement. We also support bereaved partners and dependent children of members who have passed away.

If you want to know more about the different ways we help our members, you can [link to video: missing video]watch our video here. We’re also piloting a debt advisory service for members facing complex financial challenges.

Whatever you’re going through, we’ll do everything we can to support you in applying to the fund, and getting the help you and your family need.
