SOUTHWEST POLICE COMPASSIONATE FUND
The Fifth Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.30 hours on
Tuesday, 14th of July 2026

Members can apply for an electronic invitation to the AGM up to 7 days prior to the meeting. Please submit your request to hello@swpcf.org.uk along with your full name and address [as it appears on your payroll or pension details].
If we receive high numbers of attendance, we reserve the right to move the event to a larger venue. We therefore ask members to give at least 14 days’ notice if wishing to attend in person, so that the venue, catering for a buffet lunch at 12.00hrs can be arranged.
We will verify your membership and send out the invitation or Teams meeting link nearer the time of the meeting. This secure link must not be shared with third parties or posted on websites, for security reasons. The trustees thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
If members wish to raise any matters with the Trustees, we also ask that questions are submitted at least 14 days prior to the meeting. There is not an option for any other business to be raised during the AGM.
